Modern pipe inspection tools mean we can often locate a blockage or hidden leak without opening walls or removing tiling unnecessarily. Drain cameras are used for complex blockages before deciding on a clearing method. For leak detection in concealed pipework, acoustic sensors help narrow the location. This isn't about showing off equipment — it's about being more accurate and less disruptive when the job calls for it.

We respond to enquiries within a couple of hours during working hours. Appointment windows are confirmed by message, and we contact you if a delay comes up — not after the fact. After the job, the plumber is reachable directly for a short period if a follow-up question comes up, which occasionally happens with complex drain jobs or new installations.

Three fixed service prices, published on the site, cover the standard scope of each job. Parts are charged at cost with no handling margin added. Where the work falls outside the standard scope, the additional cost is explained and agreed before it's incurred. There are no call-out charges, no minimum visit fees, and no surcharges for Saturdays within our normal working hours.

We aim to complete each job on the first visit, which is the case for around nine in ten calls. Where a second visit is needed — typically because a part is unavailable or the scope expands — the return is scheduled as promptly as possible, and no second call-out charge applies. Pressure tests and visual checks are completed on every job before the plumber leaves the property.
